Sunday Worship

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our physical building will be closed on Sundays. Rather, we invite you to participate in our gatherings by tuning in via Facebook Premiere on Sundays at 10am. You can read more about our church’s response to COVID-19 here.

Come as you are and join us on the journey! We gather weekly as a community on Sunday mornings at 10 am. Our usual meeting location is 3647 Roland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21211, on the corner of 37th Street and Roland Avenue. We meet in the historic Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, one block up from The Avenue. If you’re driving, please give yourself a few minutes to find parking on the neighborhood streets.

Our sanctuary is located on the second floor of the building. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to check out our library in the basement or browse the information table right outside of the sanctuary. Feel free to say hi to anybody you might see. We often have a lot of visitors in our church, so there’s a chance that they may be new too!

A typical service consists of a Scripture reading, a few songs, announcements, a short greeting time, a sermon, communion, a few more songs, and a closing benediction (but every now and then, we like to change things up). If you are bringing kids with you, they can stay with you throughout the service, or you can choose to sign them in to our Village Kids classes during the greeting time.

Our Sunday services usually end around 11:30am. After every Sunday gathering, a pastor will be available in the front of the sanctuary to greet you. Go to the NEXT STEPS sign for a chance for us to meet you, tell you a little bit about our church, and answer any questions you may have.

If you have any questions, feel free contact us at [email protected] or 443-595-6447.

Hope to meet you soon!
